When booking a transfer from Malaga airport, you enter the flight arrival time and flight number. We estimate that you will be out about 30 minutes after the plane has landed and the driver will keep track of whether your plane is delayed.

When departing from Nerja to the airport, we recommend at least 3 hours before the flight departs. We estimate a one-hour drive, and airlines often recommend that you be there two hours before. However, this is up to you to decide, depending on how much time you like to spend.

In step one of the booking, you only enter the direction of travel (from or to Nerja). Later in the booking, you enter the address and you can enter other information such as "small dog in a cage", "4 large suitcases", "child seat" and the like.

Keep in mind that a regular car for 1-4 people cannot take 4 large suitcases + hand luggage! If you have a lot of luggage, order a larger car.

Please make sure that you have filled in all the information correctly. If you have booked a transfer in the wrong direction, at the wrong time, etc., the transfer will go there according to your booking and we cannot give a refund if you are not there and the transfer has to go on. So make sure to be at the right place at the specified time. Also check that you have filled in the correct email address and correct phone number in the form, otherwise our confirmation will not reach you and we cannot reach you in case of any doubt.

Booking a transfer with BokaNerja means that the transport can be shared if there are more people arriving/departing more or less at the same time (max 15 minutes). If you do not want to share, you can indicate this - but it is of course good for the environment to share! However, we do not have any transfers that go anywhere else, but everyone only goes between the airport and Nerja. If several bookings are combined into one trip, it will always be a modern minibus or bus, and for environmental reasons you will sometimes also get a larger transport alone if a larger group has been dropped off/picked up at the airport.

Arrival Malaga airport - the driver will meet you at the exit barriers in the arrivals hall, usually just outside the exit, look to the left, there is a flashing monument that looks like a lighthouse. The driver will usually have a sign with our logo "Book Nerja", not your name, and regardless of which accommodation you are going to.

- FOR THOSE OF YOU TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN -

The 2 types of child seats are recommended for different ages, but since all children are different, we leave it up to you to choose the appropriate seat yourself instead of stating the child's age/weight/height. Baby seats for the smallest are not available, they must be brought along. Each child with a child seat or cushion counts as 1 passenger when you choose the size of car and number of passengers. Also remember to choose a car large enough to accommodate your luggage, a 1-4 car has regular luggage space as standard, NOT a station wagon.
