Yoga week on 18-25 / 9 2021 with Helena and Bodil And Welcome to join us at wonderful Nerja this autumn, for a week of HoliYoga, MediYoga, Kundalini Yoga and meditation / mindfulness! It will be a wonderful extension of the summer with time for yourself and your health through daily yoga and meditation, sun, heat, lukewarm sea baths, exciting excursions, cozy restaurants and warm community.
